  7. Pour into a bottle and seal tightly.

Store in basements in a horizontal position, systematically turning containers. The longer the drink stands, the more its taste will be revealed. You can start drinking this wine only after 3 months of aging.

No added yeast

You can make wine with water without using yeast. For this you need to have ripe grapes, as its surface will be distinguished by the presence of a good layer of wild yeast.

Ingredients:

  • 10 kg of grapes;
  • 4 kg of sugar;
  • 5 liters of water.

Algorithm of actions in accordance with the recipe:

  1. Put the crushed grapes in a saucepan and put in a warm place, covering with a gauze cloth. Starting from the third day, the raw materials should be mixed three times a day.
  2. On the third day, add sugar, after dissolving it in 1 liter of warm water. Leave to ferment for another 2-3 days.
  3. Filter the fermented juice into a separate container and squeeze the pulp there, install a water seal.
  4. Take a sample after a week. If the wort is sour, you can add another 1 kg of sugar and stir, set aside for another 2 weeks.
  5. Drain the young wine from the sediment and fill the bottles with the resulting drink, close with corks.
  6. Move the bottles to a room where the temperature is not more than 12 degrees and not less than 7. Turn the bottles regularly once a week so that the corks do not dry out and no sediment appears on the walls.
  7. After 2 months, the composition will brighten, a precipitate is formed. Drain wine into bottles through a thin hose and close tightly again.
