All prepared ingredients are put in a three-liter jar. The cabbage is placed at the bottom, and the rest of the chopped vegetables are placed on top. After that, a salty marinade made from vinegar, pepper and oil is poured into the jar. The workpiece is rolled up and cooled in a warm room for 2-3 days. After that, it can be transferred to a cellar or to another place with a low temperature.
